As you may have heard the Zelek family are relatively recent owners of the 1825 Inn bed and Breakfast. In our first year many people have been asking us why we chose this inn. There are many reasons such as Don grew up not far from the property in Lebanon County. Both Don and Ellen still have family in Eastern Pennsylvania. But most important was the inn itself and its Central Pennsylvania location. The 1825 has a terrific history with both the community and its customers. Its 8 guest rooms and numerous common areas are well known for their cleanliness and décor. Built as a private residence farmhouse almost 200 years ago, the B&B has been providing relaxing accommodations for many years. But also important, is its location. We are only three to four miles from the numerous Hershey attractions and event venues such as Hershey Park, Hershey Gardens, The Giant Center, Zoo America and the Hershey Theater. We are also less than 30 minutes from Harrisburg and less than a 45 minute drive to Lancaster and the Amish community. With all of this so close, this inn was a perfect choice for us and staying at an inn near Hershey is a great choice for your next visit to Central Pennsylvania.
